Also known as a Japanese toilet, a shower toilet combines the advantages of a WC and a bidet. A shower toilet uses a spray arm to clean with gentle water and most units have a drying function so they are completly hands free.
You can either have the whole unit or just a shower toilet seat if you do not wish to replace your toilet.
